Location
Between rue de Rivoli and the Seine river, between Hotel de Ville and Saint Paul church, this is probably one of the finest locations you can think of, if you want to be in the historic center of Paris.
Lots of shops, including supermarkets, bakeries and other food shops, around nearby St Paul metro station (line # 1).
Excellent metro and bus connections (bus line 96, for example).
Air France bus line 4 from/to CDG airport arrives/departs at Gare de Lyon, not very far from the apartment (short taxi ride, or by metro just 2 stations away on line 1)
Notre-Dame de Paris, Ile St Louis and the Left Bank, Place des Vosges and the most interesting parts of Le Marais, Opera Bastille and canal St Martin, Hotel de Ville, Centre Pompidou, BHV and La Samaritaine department stores, a crowd of good or even excellent restaurants of all kinds (Blue Elephant, Bofinger, chez Clement, la Tour d'Argent, Le Temps des Cerises, etc..), cafes (La Tartine, delicious Berthillon ice-creams on Ile St Louis...) and shops, are all within walking distance .

Rates
The applicable rate will be tailored to the length of your stay. It is payable in advance.
Short term all-in rates
They include the rent, the rental fee and final cleaning fee, utilities, electricity/gas up to 2 euros per night, DSL high speed access to Internet (Livebox) and associated TV service.
Outgoing phone calls are possible with pepaid cards
One week / 7 nights :
1 or 2 persons : 890 euros (average approximately 127 € per night)
per additrional person and per night : 24 euros
Two weeks / 14 nights :
1 or 2 persons : 1,670 euros (average approximately 119 € per night)
per additional person and per night : 20 euros
In each case, refundable safety and key deposit : 1,000 euros or 1,600 USD
Long term rate (minimum 3 months maximum 6 months)
Per month : 1,700 + 50 = 1,750 euros
including rent+utilities and cost of heating
Additional costs : electricity/gas (depends on actual usage, reasonable usage could be up to 2 euros per night) + insurance (about 15 euros per month) + outgoing phone calls by prepaid cards (depends on actual usage), one time rental fee to be paid upfront (12% to 16% of total accumulated rent, depending upon length of stay), one time final cleaning (50 euros)
Refundable safety and key deposit : 1,700 euros or 2,400 USD
